Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to Zenaza services. Your subscription constitutes acceptance of these terms.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS GOVERN YOUR USE OF ZENAZA AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES.

These Subscription Terms of Use ("Subscription Terms") govern your purchase and use of auto-renewable subscription services offered by Zenaza LLC ("Zenaza," "we," "us," or "our") through the Zenaza mobile application ("App") and related services. These Subscription Terms supplement our general Terms of Use and apply specifically to subscription services.

BY SUBSCRIBING TO ZENAZA SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, OUR GENERAL TERMS OF USE, AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO OUR SERVICES.

Important Notices

AUTO-RENEWAL NOTICE

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal charges will be applied to your payment method on file with Apple or Google. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

All subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). Zenaza does not directly process or store your payment information. Payment terms are governed by Apple's or Google's respective terms of service.

REFUND POLICY

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) in accordance with their respective refund policies. Zenaza does not directly process refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.

1. Subscription Services

1.1 Subscription Tiers

Zenaza offers various subscription tiers with different features and benefits. The specific features, pricing, and duration of each subscription tier are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

1.2 Subscription Access

Upon successful subscription purchase, you will gain access to premium features and content associated with your selected subscription tier. Access continues for the duration of your active subscription period.

1.3 Subscription Features

Premium subscription features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Enhanced document storage capacity
  • Advanced security features
  • Priority customer support
  • Access to premium planning tools
  • Additional Power of Attorney designations
  • Ad-free experience

2. Subscription Purchase and Payment

2.1 Purchase Process

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). When you purchase a subscription, you are agreeing to pay the subscription fee displayed at the time of purchase.

2.2 Payment Methods

Payment is processed through your Apple ID account (for iOS) or Google Play account (for Android). You authorize Apple or Google to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

2.3 Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region, currency, and platform. Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect your current subscription period. You will be notified of price changes before renewal.

2.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your subscription purchase.

3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

3.1 Auto-Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration (monthly or annual) at the then-current subscription price.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • iOS Users: Your Apple ID account settings or the App Store app
  • Android Users: Your Google Play account settings
  • Web Users: Your Zenaza account settings

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid subscription period.

3.3 No Refunds for Unused Period

If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. You will retain access to basic features and your stored information after your subscription expires.

4. Subscription Changes and Termination

4.1 Changes to Subscription

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time. Changes will be prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

4.2 Termination by Zenaza

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:

  • You violate these Subscription Terms or our general Terms of Use
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Payment cannot be processed
  • We discontinue the subscription service

If we terminate your subscription for reasons other than violation of these Terms, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

4.3 Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription services at any time. If we discontinue a subscription service, we will provide reasonable notice and may offer alternative services or refunds.

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

5.1 Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the full subscription price upon trial expiration.

5.2 Promotional Offers

We may offer promotional subscription rates or discounts from time to time. Promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the offer and may not be combined with other offers.

5.3 Trial Cancellation

You may cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period without being charged. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

6. Subscription Content and Features

6.1 Feature Availability

We strive to maintain consistent availability of subscription features, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6.2 Feature Changes

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove subscription features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant feature changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

6.3 Content Updates

Subscription content and features are subject to updates and improvements. We may add new features or modify existing ones without prior notice.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms of service and privacy policies. Zenaza is not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party platforms.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). Zenaza does not have access to or store your payment information. All payment-related issues must be resolved through Apple or Google support.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

8.1 Refund Requests

Refund requests for App Store or Play Store purchases must be submitted through Apple or Google's respective refund processes. Zenaza does not directly process refunds for platform purchases.

8.2 Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's or Google's refund policies. Generally, refunds may be available for:

  • Accidental purchases (within a limited time period)
  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Service discontinuation

8.3 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your subscription and account access.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENAZA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZENAZA's TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you through:

  • Email notification (if you have provided your email)
  • In-app notification
  • Posting the updated Terms on this page

Your continued use of the subscription service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Subscription Terms or your subscription will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our general Terms of Use, including binding arbitration where applicable.
